Urethroplasty has not been perfected yet. For the best results, there is no single precaution or trick. Instead, it involves observing on the job, interacting with colleagues, referring back to photographs of outcomes, and learning from seniors. These activities have provided a series of small steps at every stage, from evaluation to follow-up, each with the potential for minor improvements that collectively lead to significant progress.
